Coastal Walking
After a wet and very windy week, this last weekend the sun came out in our quiet corner of Snowdonia; to make the most of it we packed up our lovely sky blue campervan, Nell, and got out and about for a 2 day walking / roadtrip with our dogs, Tess and Archie. After a busy summer with the campers, I’m not quite as fit as I was so I decided that a couple of gentle coastal walks were in order, after all the Llŷn Peninsula has arguably the best coastline and scenery in Britain!
Borth y Gest Beaches Walk
The first walk isn't too far from us and starts at the pretty coastal village, Borth y Gest.
For more details on the walk which in part follows the Wales Coast Path take a look at our Local Walks page under EXPLORE.

Porthdinllaen Walk
The second walk meanders along the Wales Coast Path on the north coast of the Llŷn Peninisula and is just a great excuse to visit the Tŷ Coch Inn in the pretty hamlet of Porthdinllaen.
