What type of information is collected from you?
You can browse our website without entering any personal information. When making a booking the personal information we collect will include your name, address, email address, your payment card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third-party payment processors, Stripe, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions, as explained below. Information we collect to insure the driver can include, copies of the driver's licence, utility bills and redacted bank statements. This is for insurance purposes only and is held for a maximum period of 2 years in compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and other legal obligations.

All credit card data is secure with the PCI level 1 compliance of Stripe and PCI Card Storage.
Please be reassured that we will not release your information to third parties for them to use for their own direct marketing purposes, unless you have requested us to do so, or we are required to do so by law, for example, by a court order or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime.
